Phil, LL.B, and PhD (Business Administration) from Utkal University,Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar . He has successfully completed two UGC-Sponsored Minor Research Projects, has around 40 research papers published in national and international journals of repute and has participated/ presented in more than 50 seminars and conferences. Presently he is the guide to 4 PhD scholars in commerce from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He has authored 5 books to his credit. He has acted as a key member of the syllabus committee of CHSE,Odisha in commerce and member of Examination Committees of various autonomous Colleges of the state. He has a teaching experience of more than 37 years spanning 4 Colleges across Odisha.
